  • 2010

    In 2010, SCA Group Lean manufacturing system consulting for 4 factories in Suzhou, Nanjing, Guangzhou and Baoding ; Australia Detmold Lean Logistics Improvement project.

  • 2011

    In 2011, cooperated with Total Flow Consulting Company to lead Danone Group Huizhou Damaway/ WCM benchmark Factory

  • 2012

    In 2012, started Dumex Shanghai WCM/ Lean benchmark factory; And French Bongrain Tianjin Cheese Factory Lean Improvement Consulting

  • 2013

    In 2013, started to establish the lean manufacturing system of Volex Shenzhen Company, a supplier of Apple.

  • 2014

    In 2014,UK Edwards Vacuum Pump Qingdao Factory Lean system consulting; And cooperated with Germany EBP Consulting Company, lead the lean improvement of 4 NewBalance supplier factories in Dongguan and Jiangxi of Group Company.

  • 2015

    In 2015, Guangzhou ChanYield Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was officially registered in Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone, and began to provide lean improvement consulting for Puma sports shoes suppliers (Dongguan, Hunan and Vietnam factories) .

  • 2016

    In 2016, to undertake Guangdong Biostime and Guangdong Dongguan Everwin Precision Technology Co., LTD. lean consulting; And business process improvement for Italy Sheer machinery equipment Foshan factory.

  • 2017

    In 2017, lead to build lean manufacturing system for Ausgood Dairy Changsha factory; And cooperated with the Efeso Consulting group to  the WCM consulting project of the first factory of French Lesaffre in Guangxi.

  • 2018

    In 2018, worked with Siemens Group as the principal consultant in China to promote lean enterprise and digital transformation.

  • 2019

    In 2019, in cooperation with USA LHC, lead manufacturing systems and quality improvement of Taiwan Rexon, a supplier of USA Peleton.

  • 2020

    In 2020, carry out lean strategic transformation with KPS Investment Group for its wholly-acquired C&D Battery Shanghai factory.

  • 2021

    In 2021, start the lean strategic deployment of C&D Battery Xuzhou factory; And work together with Italy Jesa Investment Company to undertake lean consulting and Kaizen events for Prysmian Cable's new factory in Wuxi.

  • 2022

    In 2022, provide MiC project consulting for Hong Kong university phase I to support the suppliers including of Paul Y, Yahgee and EHI.

  • 2023

    In 2023, provide project consulting service for Hongkong University MiC phase II  with the general contractor and suppliers; To assist the Hong Kong Housing Department and the Quality Development Council in auditing and evaluating MIC supplier factories in the Greater Bay Area.

  • 2024

    In 2024, signed a consulting agreement with Sihe Information Technology Co., LTD. (formerly HIT Software Engineering Co., LTD.) to carry out digital transformation service.
