In 2014,UK Edwards Vacuum Pump Qingdao Factory Lean system consulting; And cooperated with Germany EBP Consulting Company, lead the lean improvement of 4 NewBalance supplier factories in Dongguan and Jiangxi of Group Company.

In 2015, Guangzhou ChanYield Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was officially registered in Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone, and began to provide lean improvement consulting for Puma sports shoes suppliers (Dongguan, Hunan and Vietnam factories) .

In 2020, carry out lean strategic transformation with KPS Investment Group for its wholly-acquired C&D Battery Shanghai factory.

In 2021, start the lean strategic deployment of C&D Battery Xuzhou factory; And work together with Italy Jesa Investment Company to undertake lean consulting and Kaizen events for Prysmian Cable's new factory in Wuxi.

In 2022, provide MiC project consulting for Hong Kong university phase I to support the suppliers including of Paul Y, Yahgee and EHI.

In 2023, provide project consulting service for Hongkong University MiC phase II with the general contractor and suppliers; To assist the Hong Kong Housing Department and the Quality Development Council in auditing and evaluating MIC supplier factories in the Greater Bay Area.
