Project Background

A domestic dairy company listed on the Hong Kong stock market is a professional high-end dairy and food company. After detailed assessment and diagnosis, ChanYield consulting ltd. began to introduce the world-class manufacturing WCM lean manufacturing system. Their Changsha factory was selected as the benchmarking factory to fully implement WCM lean manufacturing, and the group company university was established to cultivate and output talents for the enterprise.

Challenges

  • Globalized product must meet high quality standards across multiple countries. Local factory’s foundation management was week, couldn’t meet international standard.
  • With B2B outsourcing and self-brand mixed production lines, the quality and efficiency are unstable.
