Project Background
A wholly-owned factory invested by a French multinational group company in the Tianjin Binhai Development Zone in 1997, with 12 series and over 50 varieties of cheese products. In order to increase production capacity to meet increased market demand. The corporate group decided to start the lean manufacturing project aimed at to improve product quality, machine and labor efficiency, speed up inventory turn and reduced the total production lead time.
